Sausage Stuffed Acorn Squash

1.  Cut 2 acorn squash in half.  Seeds and pulp are easy to scoop out.
2.  Place squash cut side down in shallow pans with about 1/4 inch of water. 
3.  Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
4.  Meanwhile, cut up l lb. of link sausage (turkey, pork or beef), and brown it.
5.  When the squash is ready, fill the cavities with the browned sausage and cook another 30 minutes at 400.
Serves 4.
