1 lb zucchini, sliced lengthwise with a potato peeler (thin slices) (can use combination of zucchini and yellow squash)
3 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
juice of 1 lemon
2 tsp brown sugar
3 tbsp almonds, slivered
1/4 cup raisins
salt and pepper to taste

Saute garlic in oil in a large skillet, 2 minutes.  Add zucchini and stir until coated with oil.  Add lemon juice, brown sugar and raisins, simmer, stirring frequently, 10 to 15 minutes.  Garnish with lemon slices.
